We finally took the boys to Alex Box. We have been putting it off because, well, can you imagine taking three boys under five to a baseball game? Me neither. Our kids can barely make it through an episode of Wild Kratts without getting up. How could they possibly make it through nine innings?!
Well, the perfect opportunity arose - Colin's birthday party. How we didn't think about this before is beyond me. A tailgate before the game and then a dozen little boys in the park. It was precious. Plus Maw Maw and Paw Paw agreed to take Luke for the afternoon. Two kids is SOOOO much easier than three.
We took it easy and only made it through three innings - baby steps... But the kiddos had a great time. And it was so nice to be in the stadium. Of course, being their reminded us of how long it's been since the "Big boys" played, which in turn reminded us of just how old we are. Oh well. Geaux Tigers!
